Salto was a poet and a critic, an artist and textile designer and this books explores both of their practices. This is a conversation across time that leads us closer to their art and connects words, images and ceramics. The book contains a rich selection of excerpts from Axel Saltos writings, a new essay by Edmund de Waal, a conversation with Edmund de Waal and an essay by co-curator Sanne Flyvbjerg.
