Nanna Ditzel was behind more than 150 jewelery designs for e.g. court jewelers A. Michelsen and Georg Jensen.
This book tells the whole story of the design process, the sources of inspiration and the collaboration partners, and contains a full overview of the jewelery that is today in Designmuseum Denmark’s collection and at Georg Jensen, who has loaned them for photography.
The book is also richly illustrated with advertisements from the time, photos of Nanna Ditzel as well as original sketches and drawings from Nanna Ditzel Design’s extensive archive.
